Recently, the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering announced its list of newly elected Fellows. Professor Zhang Limin, Co-founder of Stellerus Technology (StellerusTech) and Chair Professor as well as Head of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, has been elected a Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering in recognition of his outstanding academic achievements and far-reaching societal impact in the fields of geotechnical engineering and geological disaster risk management.
